Short Report About the Ceremony to Issuing the Acceptance Letter to the First Students of Xindu No.1 Middle School Who will Go To UUM of Malaysia to Study |
At 6:30 on the morning of Feb. 4, 2015, the lecture hall was gleaming and jubilant. The principal of UUM of Malaysia and his associates issued the acceptance letters to the first Students of Xindu No 1 Middle School who would go to UUM of Malaysia to study and bestowed Xindu No.1 Middle School the brand “Excellent Students Training Base of UUM of Malaysia”. Mr. Xu Hai, Vice Director of Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Office of Chengdu Education Bureau, Ms. Liu Bin, Director of Xindu Foreign Affairs Office, Mr. Huang Xingwen, Chief of Xindu Education Bureau, Mr. Xiao Fan, Director of Office of Xindu Education Bureau, all the leaders of the school, all the parents of the students who would go to Malaysia, friends of the Media and all the teachers who give lessons to the students who will go to Malaysia certified shared the exciting time together.
During the ceremony, the representatives of the students and parents gave speeches separately. They showed their hopes and expectation towards Malaysia and thanks to the school which has given them the opportunity to study abroad. Principal Liu Xudong reported to the attendees that the school actively planned the program to study in Malaysia for half a year and congratulated the students who have gotten their acceptance letters. Chief Huang Xingwen and Vice Director Xuhai praised the work in the education internationalization of the school and they gave the guide to the next program and they set higher requirements to Xindu No.1 Middle School with regards to being a model and leader as a “Education Internationalization Window School” .
